Course Access, Structure, and Pricing Overview

E-Learning Portal Access:


Upon successful registration, you will gain access to our market-leading e-learning portal, designed to provide a comprehensive educational experience covering various aspects of vehicle maintenance and operation.

Live Chat Support:


In addition to the e-learning platform, you have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one private tuition sessions via our live chat portal. Please ensure you are familiar with accessing the live chat by following the instructions provided upon registration.

Personalized Instruction:


Each course offering includes the possibility of one-on-one sessions with experienced instructors via our live chat portal, providing personalized guidance tailored to your learning pace and specific needs.

Flexible Course Hours:


Our courses are designed with a generous allocation of learning hours to ensure comprehensive coverage and mastery of the subject matter. The total hours stated are an upper limit, not a requirement, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Course Delivery:


You will receive your course link via email three days before your scheduled course date. Please ensure that you check your email, including spam/junk folders, to find your course access link. If you do not receive your course link, please contact our team within 7 days of the scheduled course date. If not reported within this timeframe, the service will be considered rendered.

Intellectual Property Notice:


All course materials are copyrighted. Reproduction or distribution of materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Consumer Rights & Cancellations:

 

Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel your course purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the contract is formed.

Waiver of Refund Rights After Course Commencement: Once you have accessed any course materials or participated in any part of the course, you waive your right to a refund. This is in accordance with UK consumer law, which acknowledges that refund rights may cease where a service has begun with the consumer’s consent.

To Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email.

Refunds: If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period and have not started the course, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay.

Effects of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all access to course materials will be revoked, and you must cease using any materials already provided.
